A consultant tells you a plan looks good. Software tells you it found a good answer. Neither can tell you that no better answer exists. We can.
Most supply chain analysis ends in a recommendation. Ours ends in a certificate: a statement your own finance team can check, line by line, without taking our word for anything.
The mistake that costs you money is not the loud one. A floor that is too low promises a saving you cannot deliver — and it exposes itself, because the packing is printed beside it and it will not add up. A floor that is too high bills you for a container that never needed to exist, and every total on that certificate still agrees. Nothing on the paper can find it.
So we look for it the only way it can be found. Five thousand lanes nobody chose are answered a second time by a program that shares no code with ours, and the two answers are compared in both directions. Ours has not been beaten and has not overcharged. Then six deliberately broken copies of our own engine go through the identical run, and each is caught by the check it was built to defeat — because a check that has never failed has not been shown to work.
It runs through a sky, a country, a season, a set of holidays and a ledger. We compute all five from first principles, and every figure tells you how it was made.
Where the sun and moon are at any place and any date, in that place's own wall clock with its daylight-saving history applied — sunrise and twilight, the light left on a mountain road after dark, the hours a driver is actually alert. And every calendar that decides when work stops: lunar festivals, the lunar new year, Ramadan and Eid, the equinox new year, Easter, the Hebrew year, daily prayer times and the sabbath. Computed, not copied from a list that expires.
Which countries a lane actually crosses, and which agreements applied on the day a contract was signed rather than only today. Between the two ends: ports and airports, elevation and gradient, seismic and volcanic exposure, hydrology and maritime context, the settlements a crew passes through, and the border a warehouse quietly depends on.
What the sky will do on a loading or sailing day, given as quantiles and odds rather than one number, alongside current observations and ground state. The forecast horizon is about twenty-four hours; past it we hand you the season's normal, labelled as a normal and never dressed as a forecast.
Every posting in exact cents, balanced by construction instead of by reconciliation: what you spent, which carrier and which period it went to, what it costs to serve one customer, which invoice line disagrees with the booking it cites, and the deadlines coming at you as a live feed rather than a spreadsheet someone remembers to open.
Each number says whether it was proved, estimated or looked up, carries the method that made it and the source it came from, and sits in a sealed chain so a later change to the baseline is visible rather than quiet. When a proof will not close, the system says so instead of returning a number that looks like one.
Nobody assembles these from one place. A consultancy buys them from four vendors and joins them in a spreadsheet. Here one sky model produces the festival closure, the driving window and the hour a driver is at their worst; one map of the world's borders produces the transit chain, the hazard profile and the border a warehouse depends on; one ledger produces the baseline, the cost-to-serve and the invoice line that disagrees. Every fact carries the method that made it and the source it came from.
Software that tries hard can tell you what it found; it cannot tell you how close it got. What we deliver is a proven floor — a statement that no packing whatsoever uses fewer containers — with a certificate your finance team checks using addition, multiplication and a comparison. No software needed to check it.

One sentence with a proof behind it: this shipment cannot be carried in fewer than N containers. Not an estimate, not the output of software that tried hard. A floor. "Exact" here means an exact combinatorial method; the checker runs to a stated tolerance and says so.

Every cost on the lane posted double-entry, in exact cents, in books that balance by construction rather than because someone checked. Unlike a spreadsheet it cannot be quietly edited six months later.

A planner on a Gregorian calendar cannot see them coming. We compute them properly, for any year, and show the working.

Give us the buildings you are considering and we score each on what matters to logistics: distance to port and to each demand centre, terrain and elevation, seismic, flood and volcanic exposure, water, surrounding settlements, access infrastructure, climate, and which border its access depends on. We do not assess the building — that is a surveyor's job. We assess the location.
factualWhich of your candidate sites to open, who each one serves, and a proof that no other combination of those candidates is cheaper, checkable by your own finance team without our software. Plus the exact value of one more pallet of capacity at each site — the number that tells you whether to take the bigger unit. Candidates are an input: we choose among buildings you can lease, we do not solve for a point on the map.

Every cost on the lane posted double-entry in exact cents, in books that balance by construction. A carrier invoice checked against those books returns the specific references that disagree — missing, duplicated, mis-rated — not a percentage. Re-importing the same feed twice cannot double-post.
We are careful with tax. Where most of a landed cost is per-litre excise or ad-valorem duty, a saved container saves none of it, and we will not let that number into a value claim.
The cost baseline is sealed into a hash chain. Alter any figure afterwards — you, us, anyone — and the chain identifies where. The most common way a saving is argued away is a dispute over the baseline months later. This removes that argument from the table.
And the engine declines rather than guesses. When it cannot prove a floor within its budget it refuses and says so; raising the budget can only turn unknown into proved, never weaken a proof.

How an engagement runs. You hand us packing lists, bookings and invoices for one lane. We return a book: the certificates, the corridor and calendar facts, the cost baseline and the reconciliation, sealed and re-runnable. Your finance team checks the certificates without us. Nothing is priced on this page, because the price follows the lane, and we would rather see one real invoice first.
